All of SCHMATES RENTALS homes are leased on a first come, first served basis. Lease signing for the Upcoming School Year always begins on September 1, of the current year. Existing tenants have preference until this date on their existing home (August 31).

The security deposit is due in full at the time of the original signing.

Please make sure the you have your application form filled out in it's entirety prior to signing the lease, including a copy of your drivers license. Scan the information and e-mail to info@muoh.net.

We will provide a copy of the signed lease after everyone has signed the lease and all security deposits have been paid.

A lease is legally binding agreement. If you do not understand or have questions about the lease, please ask or contact an attorney for legal advice before signing the lease.
